RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. GAME SET offers FREE return shipping in the U.S. on merchandise that has not been washed, worn or altered. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. GAME SET reserves the right to refuse a return on items not received in its original condition.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. When a return is made, the package must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Any return shipped more than 30 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only.

Any damaged product or error in a shipment must be reported within 48 hours of the package arrival or the item will not be refunded.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved.

ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WHEN USING A PROMO CODE, ALL ITEMS MARKED AS SALE ARE FINAL SALE.

REQUESTING A RETURN

To request a return, please email info@gamesetstyle.com. Then, Check your inbox for a pre-paid shipping label. If your request is submitted after 5 pm, you will receive your return label by 9 am the next business day.

An email will be sent to you once we have received your package for return. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days from the date of your return package arrival.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees where applicable and a return shipping fee of $3.95), to the original form of payment. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

We would love for you to find another great item to love! As an incentive to select store credit, we will offer a 10% bonus on your return. For example, on a $100 return you will receive $110 store credit. If you select store credit you will be emailed an e-gift card to use on a future purchase

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR RETURN POLICY. ANY ITEMS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR RETURN POLICY ARE SUBJECT TO A $3.00 SHIPPING FEE.
