Overview: This group fitness class is 90% strength training and 10% cardio. During this high intensity, low impact strength training class your heart pumping and your muscles are burning. Circuit times vary, but but you never stop moving, which makes the class fly by! Class incorporates a mixture of kettlebells, free weights, and medicine balls. You choose your weights and intensity, great class for all levels of fitness.
